No. Vyom works entirely on WhatsApp, which is already on your phone. There's no app to download, no signup, no installation. This is one of the things that makes Vyom different from astrology apps that require lengthy onboarding.

Just three things: your date of birth, your time of birth (as accurate as possible), and your city of birth. These are needed to calculate your Vedic birth chart accurately. We don't ask for or store any other personal information beyond what's relevant to the consultation.

Approximate is fine for most readings. If you only know within a 2-3 hour window, mention this to your astrologer. There are techniques in Vedic astrology to work with uncertain birth times, though precise birth time always gives the most accurate readings. If you want a precise reading, family records, hospital records, or a horoscope cast at birth (jatak patra) are good sources.

A 30-minute personal consultation is ₹249. This is a flat fee — no per-minute clock, no hidden charges. You pay once and have your full conversation.

Payment happens through a secure payment link sent to you on WhatsApp. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay. You only pay when you're ready to begin the session.

Yes. If you're genuinely dissatisfied with your session, we offer refunds based on our refund policy. We'd rather hear feedback so we can improve, but our priority is that every consultation feels worth the time and money you spent.

Not at launch. We offer single-session pricing because we want every consultation to feel like a real conversation, not a subscription metric. Subscription options for ongoing guidance may come later for users who want continuous support.
