1. Our Commitment
At Vyom Vaani, our priority is that every consultation feels worth the time and money you spent. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your session, we want to hear about it and make it right.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund of the ₹249 consultation fee if any of the following apply:
- Service not delivered: Your consultation did not take place due to a technical or operational issue on our end.
- Significant quality issue: The consultation did not address your stated questions or fell substantially short of what was promised.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same consultation.
- Fraudulent transaction: A payment was made without your authorization.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The consultation was completed and the questions you brought were addressed
- You did not engage in the consultation despite reasonable attempts to deliver it
- You provided inaccurate birth details that affected the reading
- Disagreement with the astrological guidance or interpretation provided (astrology is interpretive; we cannot guarantee specific predictions or outcomes)
- Refund is requested after the eligibility window described in Section 4
4. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the consultation. Requests received after this period cannot be honored except in cases of unauthorized payment or duplicate charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@vyomvaani.com with the following information:
- Your registered phone number (the one used for the WhatsApp consultation)
- The date of your consultation
- The transaction ID from your payment confirmation
- The reason for your refund request
6. Processing Time
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 3 working days. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method. The exact time may depend on your bank or card issuer.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund or a credit towards a future consultation as an alternative resolution. This is at our discretion and offered in good faith.
8. Disputes
If a refund request is denied and you believe the decision was incorrect, you may escalate by replying to the original email. We will reconsider in good faith. If you remain dissatisfied, the dispute resolution process in our Terms of Service applies.
